This view of the Frost Tower in Austin, TX, was taken in December of 2004 at sunset. It was seen here against the three smoke stacks of the City of Austin's Power Plant. In 2012, the Frost Tower, is no longer the tallest building in the downtown area.
About Lisa Spencer
Paintings and drawings have always been a part of my life. My art education ended when I graduated from high school despite my art teacher's encouragement; instead I decided to pursue the science field in college. However, I've always painted from time to time. Photographing weddings on the weekends became a part of my life for a few years as well.
